Refund policy

At  originalumbrellastands@gmail.com we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in “AS NEW” and re-saleable condition. Please do not ship shoes back to us without a shipping box to protect the shoe box as we will refuse such shipments. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products,  Products with evidence of wear (e.g., grass stains, dirt stains, scuffs, etc.) will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Please be aware that all returns and exchanges must include a copy of our Return or Exchange PDF Form that has been filled out with all the required information.

Returns
Shipping costs for returns due to customer error and/or oversight or because an item does not fit is the customer's responsibility and will not be credited back upon receipt of items. 

For returns on orders over $1000, there will be a 25% restocking fee. If you are returning an item because of an error that we made please call us at 800-640-0746 to arrange for an e-tag which will pay for your return shipping costs. If you would rather ship the item back yourself please ship your returns via UPS, FedEx, or USPS only! We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

To expedite exchanges we suggest simply placing a new order on our website and then requesting a return for your previous order. By placing a new order you ensure that your order ships out as soon as possible and you avoid the delay involved with shipping back merchandise, waiting for us to contact you, then shipping out the new item.

Refusal of Package 
If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
